The Yoga Studio offers a large, warm, fully-equipped space , we are the only yoga studio in cornwall. We are dedicated to the authentic teachings of yoga and meditation. There is a full and evolving timetable of yoga classes and yoga workshops and teacher trainings.we currently have over 16 classes a week to chose from.Please feel free to contact us for information,or we can send you timetables,and information on workshops.
