The meditation day 11-00am to 3-00pm
will look at how we can loosen and break out from,at
least temporarily,the limited emotional range and
habits of mind that we have inevitably but unconsciously developed over the
years.We will look at the 4 Bramha
viharas:loving kindness,
Compassion,sympathetic joy,and equanimity,plus the tonglen practice.Includes walkin
meditation and chanting.
Jinananda has been teaching meditation for over
20 years.He was ordained into the western
Buddhist Order in 1986 and is chairman of the West London Buddhist centre.He is the author of “meditating” and
a life of the Buddha “warrior of peace” among other books.

of integration in mind, body and spirit; thus leading to a sense of
wellbeing, vitality,
clarity, strength, balance and poise, allowing us to be fully present in
the moment.
